1. Cancellation Policy

  • Users may cancel their membership or subscription at any time through their profile settings or by contacting our support team.

  • Once a service has been activated, cancellation does not guarantee a refund.

  • Premium services and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable once used or accessed.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refund requests must be submitted within one (1) day of payment via email to our support team with valid proof of transaction.

  • No refund requests will be entertained after 24 hours from the time of payment.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

  • Any processing fees, taxes, or third-party payment gateway charges will be non-refundable.

  • Partial use of premium services will not qualify for a refund.

3. No Liability Clause

  • SindhiMatrimonial.in and its owners, developers, or partners shall not be held responsible or liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from user interactions, data sharing, or match outcomes.

  • The platform only acts as an intermediary for matrimonial connections and does not guarantee successful matches or marriages.
